Foster brand love for Starbucks across the Middle East region, with a key focus on growing its social media presence.

Solution

  • To build an authentic connection with our diverse Middle East audiences, we knew we had to go hyper local. ​
  • We created  8 different pages (including UAE, KSA and Kuwait)  featuring exclusive content created specifically for that region. We commissioned local content creators to hit the streets sharing exciting content live from their home country and made sure we talked about the hottest trends in each market. ​
  • To further deepen the connection with our followers, we brought in community managers who could speak in the local dialect, creating an authentic two-way conversation played out on social. ​
