From finding the right venue to proposing activations and guestlists, paid partnerships with influencers and dermatologists, liaising with the branding team and planning influencer trips from KSA for event attendance, House of Comms and NEOSTRATA teams worked very closely to bring the event to life.
We managed contracts, briefings and timeline management for all the paid partners.
For the event, we invited key media and influencers based in UAE, managed RSVPs and managed deliveries of physical invites to confirmed attendees including the paid partners.
A total of 38 key media and influencers attended the event, including Haneen Odeh, Zahra Lyla, Caroline Labouchere, Yasmine Zahran, Sausan Al Sadi, Miriam Abadi, Dana Ahmed, Njoud, Vogue Arabia, Marie Claire Arabia, Hia Magazine, L’officiel Arabia to name a few.
