    Challenge

    Four Seasons Dubai hosted its 4th Dubai Media Connect in the busiest period of the hospitality calendar, Q4 2023. The primary objective of the programme was to cultivate long term relationships between media, influencers and the brand's representatives from the Middle East and Africa.

    Solution

    • House of Comms was appointed to lead the social media engagement panel, for which we coined the name: "Stories From The Region”, and successfully secured six of the leading travel and lifestyle influencers in the region (Lulwa AlKhataf, Abdulla Alsenaani, Mthayel Ali, Sherif Fayed, Shereen Mitwalli and Zahira Marty), representing different countries and social media platforms, to take part in the panel and provide Four Seasons' representative with deeper insight into the social media landscape across the Arab world.

    Impact

    The event was a complete success – running for almost 2.5 hours versus the planned 1 hour! It was also ranked the best performing session of the entire Dubai Media Connect programme, scoring a solid 9.4/10!
