    Challenge

    Our task was to increase leads for Circuit Factory in the summer when the fitness industry experiences a decrease in numbers. With three fitness studies in Dubai, Circuit Factory has group fitness classes comprising cardio, strength and conditioning.​

    Solution

    • We utilised Meta and Google Search platforms to generate leads, with Meta as part of the discovery process and Search acting as a lower funnel channel.​
    • For targeting, we ensured radius targeting on both Search and Meta, as it was a deciding factor for audiences when picking their fitness studio.​
    • For the Meta ads, we introduced different ads for women and men along with witty one liners leading to reduction in CPL by 20%!​
    • We created different Landing Pages to gather leads for Facebook, Instagram, Search, and Performance Max campaigns to effectively measure how many audiences converted.​

    Impact

    In just four months, the campaign garnered 40 purchasers with a high conversion rate of 10%. Changes that we made increased the CTR by 15%. Initially, we were tracking leads and CPL; however, towards the end of the campaign we were tracking metrics such as quality and conversion rate.​
