    Challenge

    Our main objective was to establish a comprehensive design system and deliver personalized user experiences tailored to different user types. CCAD aimed to boost conversion rates, increase Request an appointment, and improve user journey mapping, ensuring seamless engagement to retain users for longer periods. Also, our focus was on creating a fluid and intuitive interface specifically for mobile users, facilitating easy navigation and delivered the mobile first approach based on data and analytics.​

    Solution

    We undertook several activities including creating an UX Strategy, conducting UX Research, performing Competitive Analysis, Stakeholder Interviews, Affinity Mapping, Workshop Facilitation, and developing Low to High Fidelity prototypes. We also created a Comprehensive Design System using an atomic design component-based approach and created Visual Designs based on templates. Additionally, we have analysed the traffic and user behaviors using Google Analytics and Hotjar Analytics to make informed decisions based on the data.​

    Impact

    Following implementation, we observed significant growth in traffic, particularly Organic Traffic which surpassed +400K in a year. While bounce rates decreased by 15%, and there was an 80% increase in Request an appointment (RAA) and calls received. Moreover, the average time spent on the website increased to 1 minute and 40 seconds, exceeding industry standards. Overall, the website is performing exceptionally well.​
