    Challenge

    To boost recruitment and retention student numbers prior to the start of a new academic year. The school's existing website, which has not been updated in several years, is lacking in both appearance and content, and thus fails to serve its intended purpose. 

    Solution

    To remedy this situation, the school requires a dynamic platform that effectively highlights its cutting-edge facilities and experienced faculty while also enticing prospective students and their families to learn more about enrollment opportunities. We initiated the project by conducting an immersive session with both teams to facilitate the exchange of vital information around internal process and distinct target audiences. We delivered a vibrant and engaging landing page that effectively captured the essence of our project's objectives. Our team placed particular emphasis on incorporating key call-to-actions prominently at the header of the website to ensure that prospective students and parents could seamlessly connect with our admissions team. ​

    Impact

    Over the course of two months, our paid media team assisted and drove a steady stream of visitors to the landing page, resulting in a total of 3,100 leads who registered their information via the site. The school successfully enrolled over 300 new students for the following academic year.
