Living a happy, fulfilled life outside of work is crucial, both mentally and physically, so we decided to give our team more time back in the mornings to start the day, however makes them happiest. It’s amazing the difference 30 extra minutes can make.
Heads down, never stopping to think, or breathe, or clear the million open tabs in your brain, is not a productive way to work. So, when our team sits down at their desks each day, we give them 10 minutes to spend doing something that helps to power up their brain and inspire them for the day ahead.
Covid was tough. But it did show us that being chained to an office desk like we all have for years isn’t the only way. We decided to give people the freedom to work, however works best for them. So, we get the best of both worlds. Three days all together to keep us close and collaborative, and two days to work from, well, anywhere!
Travel is so important to many people living away from their friends and families, so we decided to give everyone one week a year that they can add on to their annual leave, so that when they travel, they can stay an extra week and work from there!
There is no better way to keep fit mentally, than to learn and try new things that can support you to destress and go into the body. Every month, we host a new wellness workshop—so far we’ve had everything from saging to desk yoga!
